Maintenance Points of Medium Tractor

Engine part
If the engine power and other engine conditions are normal and the parking time is too long, the three filters (air, oil and diesel) of the engine should be replaced, cleaned and the oil changed. If the power drops, the engine needs to be refurbished.

Transmission part
If the clutch combination is not smooth, slipping, incomplete separation, difficult to shift, and there is a chattering sound, the clutch must be repaired and maintained before being busy, the Mocha plate shall be replaced in time, the clearance between the main and auxiliary Mocha plates shall be adjusted, and the self stroke of the clutch pedal shall be adjusted.

Walking part
The tire is in good condition, the air pressure is appropriate, the left and right are consistent, the steel rim is free of crack and deformation, the screw is tight, the front wheel toe in meets the requirements, and the head does not swing; when the air is flushed, the pressure must meet the requirements, and the tire is easy to burst if the pressure is too high.

Steering section
The free stroke of the steering wheel meets the requirements, the operation is flexible and light, the horizontal and vertical steering rods are not deformed, and the connecting device is reliable and not loose; the piston rod of the steering hydraulic cylinder and the nut of the front wheel must be tightened. The clearance between pins should not be too large.

Brake part
As the braking of medium-sized tractors is mechanical and has been out of service for nearly a year, the brake pressure plate, steel ball, return spring, brake disc, etc. in the brake may be rusted, stuck, etc., and the braking effect is poor. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check and repair the brake with poor braking effect. Adjust the free stroke of the brake pedal to 60-80mm. Quick return, with interlocking and self-locking devices; the braking effect of left and right wheels is the same, and the braking is effective.

Lighting section
Due to the poor light signal system of medium-sized tractors, the steering lights, headlamps and horns that are often used must be repaired to be effective.

Body and accessories
a) The cab is generally simple, but it should be installed with good vision, solid and safe;
b) Generator, regulator, starter, battery and horn work well;
c) Hydraulic and suspension lifting devices are sensitive and effective;
d) The traction connection device shall be firm, and the connection shall have safety pin and safety chain.
