We know that the fuel supply system consists of diesel tank, fuel injection pump, fuel transfer pump, oil pipe, fuel injector, secondary filter, primary filter and other parts. If a certain part fails, it will lead to difficulty in starting the diesel engine.
2 insufficient combustion chamber gas pressure
To make atomized diesel fuel burn, the temperature in the combustion chamber must reach a certain combustion value, and sufficient temperature comes from the pressure in the combustion chamber. Only the high pressure in the combustion chamber promotes the spontaneous combustion of atomized diesel fuel. When the pressure is insufficient, the engine is difficult to start.
3 lubrication system failure

The function of the lubrication system is to provide sufficient lubricating oil to each lubricating surface of the machine in time to reduce the friction of each moving surface. If the diesel engine lubrication system works abnormally and fails to provide lubricating oil to the moving surfaces of spare parts in time, the friction of each moving surface will increase, the wear will be serious, and it will be difficult for each moving part to rotate, It will directly lead to difficulty in starting the diesel engine.

Troubleshooting methods
(1) Check each pipeline to see if the joints are not tight. At the same time, fasten the leakage part and discharge the air in the pipeline in time.
(2) Fill the oil tank with enough diesel and turn on the oil tank switch.
(3) Remove the blocked foreign matters in the oil pipe and remove the diesel filter for cleaning.
(4) Disassemble the fuel injector, clean the needle valve and replace the severely worn parts.
(5) Adjust the injection time.
(6) If the atomization of the fuel injector is poor, the fuel injector shall be disassembled, cleaned, overhauled and readjusted.
(7) Preheat the diesel engine, check whether the diesel model used is in line with the current season, and replace it if not.
