1.1} reasonably select the connection mode of tractor rear linkage and agricultural machines and tools
There are two main connection modes between tractor rear linkage and agricultural machinery: one is two-point suspension connection, and the other is three-point suspension connection.
When two-point suspension connection is adopted, the left and right longitudinal pull rods are fixed on a hinge point of the lower shaft, and the second hinge point is connected with the tractor connection point. This connection form is suitable for agricultural mechanical maintenance equipment with low requirements for straight-line operation, such as rotary cultivator, etc.
If the three-point suspension is adopted, the left and right pull rods are respectively connected to the two hinge points of the lower shaft, and the central pull rod is connected with the tractor. This connection method is suitable for agricultural machinery equipment with high straight-line driving requirements, such as subsoiling and soil preparation machine, planter, etc.
1.2 installation and adjustment of two-point suspension mode
During operation, install the left and right longitudinal bars on the central hinge point of the tractor at the same time. There are two installation positions in the tractor central chain pin. When using suspended or semi suspended narrow width agricultural machinery for operation, in order to better ensure the normal operation of the left and right crawlers of the tractor and avoid power loss, the left and right longitudinal rods of the agricultural machinery should be installed at 140mm to the right of the longitudinal axis in the tractor central, That is, the installation position controls the second and fourth semicircular grooves of the lower shaft of the tractor. When hanging or semi hanging wide agricultural machinery equipment, or agricultural machinery equipment operates in relatively hard soil, 80mm to the right of the longitudinal axis of the tractor should be selected as the installation position, and the limit stop ring is fixed in the first and third semicircular grooves from the left of the lower shaft of the tractor, In this way, the left and right inclined rods should be suspended outside the left and right lifting arms of the tractor.
In the specific installation process, the central tie rod and the central hinge points of the left and right longitudinal rods of agricultural machines and tools should be connected one by one. There are also two installation positions during installation. In the process of adjusting these two installation positions, the installation points of agricultural machines and tools should always be in a horizontal position and fixed. Then install one end of the limit chain on the traction pin and the other end on the circular bolt behind the longitudinal rod to raise the agricultural machines and tools to the highest level, and adjust the length of the limit chain within an appropriate range, so as to ensure that the measured lateral swing range of the tail of the longitudinal rod will not exceed 20mm.

1.3 installation and adjustment of three-point suspension mode
The three-point suspension installation mode of agricultural machinery is to fix the left and right hinge points of agricultural machinery on the two hinges in the lower shaft of the tractor respectively, and the third hinge point is the fixed point of the central pull rod on the upper shaft. This fixed mode has high requirements for the advance of the tractor and has small deviation when moving forward. This suspension mode has many installation and adjustment methods, and the following work needs to be done in the process of installation and adjustment:
First, move the tractor central chain pin and the right longitudinal bar to the rightmost position along the lower shaft, then install the left longitudinal bar on the hinge point of the left pull rod of the tractor lower shaft, and fix the left and right hinge points;
Secondly, install the diagonal pull rods on the left and right sides of agricultural machines and tools on the outside of the left and right lifting arms of the tractor, and then transfer the central pull rod to the longitudinal axis of the tractor;
Finally, the installation method of the limit chain is generally the same as the installation and adjustment method of two-point suspension. If some agricultural machines and tools have high requirements for the tractor, the tractor is not allowed to swing during operation, the limit chain should be used to fix the pull rod, and both ends of the limit chain should be installed on the bolts of the front and rear earrings of the longitudinal pull rod.

1) When the tractor is hung with large or wide agricultural machinery and equipment, such as ploughing, plowing and trenching, two-point suspension is usually adopted to allow the agricultural machinery to swing significantly relative to the tractor, so as to ensure that the agricultural machinery and equipment can better adapt to the forward direction of the tractor.
