Recently, good news came from the Kazakh market that the basic construction of Lovol parts center has been completed, which marks that Lovol's strength in the market has reached a new level.At the end of 2018, Lovol officially entered the Kazakhstan market. As the company's strategic market, Lovol has exported nearly 500 tractors so far, with a good market prospect. In order to further enhance the competitiveness of Lovol brand in the regional market, this year, Lovol overseas marketing department held in-depth talks with local dealers to jointly discuss matters related to the development of Kazakhstan market, and reached a strategic cooperation agreement with them in the first quarter, planning to build a local parts center and a secondary parts network.
Through the joint efforts of both parties, at present, the basic construction of Kazakhstan parts center has been completed. The regional parts center has a total reserve of parts worth 1million US dollars. The secondary network can cover all regions, and the satisfaction rate of parts reaches more than 90%. In addition, for other temporary parts, Lovol takes the form of emergency order for shipment, which is completed within 2 days from the time of placing the order to the time of shipment, effectively ensuring the after-sales service demand of the market and greatly improving the satisfaction of users.
