From July 5th to 7th, Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery held the 2023Half Year Marketing Work Conference in Shanghai. The conference was attended by Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Chairman Xuan Bihua, Donghua Chain Chairman Xuan Cheng, heads of marketing companies and regional managers, heads of functional departments, main engine business departments, and product managers.
In the first half of this year, against the backdrop of major policy adjustments, significant increases in raw material prices, and relatively insufficient purchasing power, Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery still achieved good performance in the industry, with sales increasing by 40% year-on-year. The achievement is inseparable from our continuous business philosophy of focusing on the main business and forging classics in recent years.
This meeting is not only a semi annual marketing briefing, but also a reporting and exchange meeting on the implementation of "empowering products, expanding applications, cultivating markets, and resonating with the same frequency". During the meeting, the seven major marketing companies and some regional managers reported on the marketing work carried out in each region in the first half of the year, as well as the key work plans for the second half of the year, from the aspects of product positioning, market performance, channel building, marketing grid, expansion and application implementation, and two downward extensions and sinking, and provided case studies to illustrate the relevant work and plans in this region.
