1. Adjust the tire pressure correctly
Air pressure has a great impact on the service life of tires. 3. Correct alignment of front wheels
The main reasons for the change of tractor front wheel alignment are improper installation and adjustment and the wear change of some parts. To position the front wheel correctly, the following should be done: ① check and adjust regularly according to regulations; ② The steering joint shall be repaired or replaced in time after wear; ③ Regularly check whether the wheel nuts and bolts are tightened and whether the bearings are loose; ④ After the deformation of the front beam and half shaft, it shall be corrected in time.
4. Precautions during operation
During tractor driving, on the basis of strictly observing traffic laws, regulations and operating procedures, try to do the following aspects to prolong the service life of tires. It is mainly to start and stop smoothly, use less emergency braking, adhere to medium speed driving, pay attention to the choice of road surface, and do not drive at high speed on uneven road surface. Try to avoid wear and damage caused by abnormal deformation and impact of tires. At the same time, the pressure of the left and right tires shall be the same, and the new and old tires shall be the same, so as to avoid eccentric wear. If the wear is uneven, the left and right tires can be used interchangeably. When replacing new tires, replace them in pairs on the same axle.
5. Tire maintenance
Always remove the stolen goods on the tires. Try not to stick corrosive substances such as oil, acid or alkali on the tires to prevent the tires from aging faster. After parking, try to avoid tire wind, sun and rain. It is best to park in a dry garage. When parking in slack season, the tire shall be supported to avoid local deformation of the tire.
