Maintain and replace the air filter regularly according to the working environment and working hours. Air filter maintenance has the following points:
1. In the dust cup, when the dust is more than 1 / 3, it must be cleaned.
2. The filter screen (metal mesh type) can be cleaned in time according to the operation time and conditions. During the installation, the cleaning oil should be controlled dry, and new engine oil should be added for assembly
3. Dry paper filter can not be cleaned with oil. During maintenance, you can use your hand to pat the two ends of the filter core gently and then use a soft brush to remove dust. You can also use an air pump to blow in dust.
4. For oil bath filter, check the oil pan and oil level during maintenance. The oil level should not be too high and should be added when it is insufficient. The oil must be changed when it is dirty.
5. The dust in the centrifugal dry filter and central pipe wall must also be removed during maintenance.
6. During installation, the two connecting parts must be tightened to keep tight without air leakage.
