(1) The mechanical transmission gearbox is specially designed with wet friction plate and single axle steering braking, which has large torque, strong bearing capacity, large output power and stable and reliable steering braking.
(2) The weight of the main engine is supported by the supporting wheel system and crawler, and the center of gravity is stable. The whole machine has the functions of forward, backward, turning and walking. It can move flexibly and walk for a long distance.
(3) The rubber track adopts high-strength wear-resistant and antioxidant materials, with large bearing capacity, strong grip, low noise, no damage to asphalt pavement, and good driving and passing performance.
(4) The chassis support adopts special materials with high strength and stiffness to ensure the stability of the whole machine.
(5) Roller bearings are used for supporting rollers, guide rollers and pulleys, which are regularly lubricated with grease without maintenance in use.
(6) The shaft end double sealing structure ensures that the lubricating oil seal does not leak out, and can prevent mud and water from entering the wheel cavity.
(7) The supporting wheel, guide wheel and driving wheel are made of high-strength alloy steel, with good wear resistance and long service life.
(8) The chassis assembly has large traction force, up to 50kN, and the climbing angle is not less than 30 °.
