In order to improve production efficiency, Diesel Engine Company has implemented the project of Visualization of Production Information in Test Workshop. The project integrates the internal information system data of the diesel engine company, such as Mes, Scm, Mrp2, etc. After the application of the project, the comprehensive production efficiency of the two main production lines in the workshop has increased by 12.6%, and the product delivery rate has increased from 122 seconds per unit to 110 seconds per unit.
