Recently, Dongfanghong 4LZ-12C large multi-function combine harvester has completed commissioning and successfully went offline. The successful offline of this model fills the product gap of China Yituo's 9-15kg feed rate harvester, accelerating the pace of Dongfanghong's products towards large feed rates.

The feeding capacity of Dongfanghong 4LZ-12C large multi-function combine harvester is up to 12kg, which can meet the harvest of wheat, rice, corn grains and other staple crops as well as soybeans, mung beans, red beans and other miscellaneous grain crops, and meet the needs of large-scale operations such as large farm cooperatives and large farms. The overall technical level has reached the advanced level in the industry, with significant advantages of wide use range, high operating efficiency, comfortable driving, and high cost performance.
According to relevant technical personnel from China Yituo, this model has an efficient threshing and separation system, a multi choice configuration of cutting drum structure, an ultra wide header system, and a convenient and fast high-level grain unloading system. The threshing and separation system of this model adopts a tangential flow+double longitudinal axial flow drum device, making the agricultural logistics more smooth;
The cutting drum structure has multiple options, and users can choose from a grain structure, plate tooth structure, or nail tooth structure based on the harvesting needs of crops such as wheat, rice, corn kernels, soybeans, etc;
Supporting a multi configuration header system, users can choose rice and wheat headers with a width of 5.4 meters or 4.5 meters, flexible headers, and 650mm row spacing six row corn headers based on crop types, achieving the powerful function of multiple harvesters with one machine;
At the same time, it has an ultra strong cleaning system, which uses a cross flow fan and a double-layer reverse reciprocating vibrating screen to ensure uniform and stable air flow, improve cleaning efficiency, and significantly reduce cleaning losses.
