1. Adjust the air pressure of the tire correctly. Air pressure has a great impact on the life of the tire. Low air pressure causes large deformation of the tire body, making the curtain layer easy to break, peel off layering, high air pressure, especially in summer high temperature, often easy to cause tire blasting. According to the investigation, in the case of front tire damage, some front tire damage is often due to insufficient or high air pressure.

To ensure the correct air pressure, work should pay attention to: (1) often use the barometer to check tire air pressure, error should be less than 0.02 megapa, general agricultural tire air pressure value of 0.20-0.25 megapa;

2. Ensure a reasonable load. Tire overload can cause rapid damage, especially tow truck tires. Therefore, when considering the normal load of tires, it is best to press the maximum load of 80% to 90% is appropriate, absolutely prohibit overload. For example, 6.00-16 tires, its maximum load is 550 kg, if often over this load, the service life will be reduced by about 1/2. Moreover, tractor overloading, there are serious safety problems.

3. Correct positioning of the front wheels. The main reasons for the change of tractor front wheel positioning are the improper installation adjustment and the wear change of some parts. After positioning damage, not only affects walking and steering, but also causes tire grinding and early scrapping. In order to correctly position the front wheels, it should be: (1) often check and adjust according to regulations; (2) repair or replace the steering joint after wear, (3) check regularly whether the wheel nuts and bolts are tightened, the bearings are loose, etc., (4) the front beam and half shaft deformation, should be corrected in a timely manner.

4. Precautions in operation. Tractor driving, in strict compliance with traffic laws and regulations and operating procedures on the basis of, as far as possible to do the following aspects, in order to extend the life of tires. Mainly to start, parking smooth, less use of emergency brakes, adhere to medium-speed driving, pay attention to the choice of road surface, do not drive at high speed on uneven road. Try to avoid tire abnormal deformation, impact and other wear and damage. At the same time, the left and right tires should be consistent air pressure, old and new consistent, so as not to be biased. If the wear is uneven, the left and right tires can be adjusted to use. When replacing a new tire, replace it in pairs on the same shaft.

5. Custody of tires. Often remove the booty on the tire, tires try not to stick oil, acid or alkali and other corrosive substances, to prevent tires from aging. After parking, try to avoid tire wind, sun, rain, preferably parked in a dry garage. When parking in the farm, the tire should be put up, so as not to cause partial deformation of the tire. Tires should not be kept for too long (e.g. more than 2 years), otherwise life will be shortened.
