The oxygen workshop operation team of China Yituo Energy Branch is a Class II important hazard source team set up during the construction period of China Yituo Power Plant. It is a "women's army" with many female comrades, inheritance from several generations, and vigorous vitality.
The team is mainly responsible for the production and supply of oxygen, nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and hot water products. In addition to meeting the production needs of various specialized factories in YTO China, various energy products are also sold to large enterprises and units such as CITIC Group, Luotong Group, and the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology. The 16 female employees of this team have fully played a role in energy production and supply work with the spirit of "no less than ten thousand women", making important contributions to promoting the development of the enterprise. In 2015, he was awarded the honorary title of "Henan May 1st Women's Model Post".
In recent years, with the installation, commissioning and operation of new oxygen compressors in the workshop, mastering new processes as soon as possible to improve professional quality is an imminent new challenge for each team member. As the new equipment is a high-voltage motor and has a special structure, the female employees of the team seek information and learn by themselves, while consulting with the manufacturer's technical personnel. They draw internal structures and flow charts, pair them up one by one, and share learning notes with each other. They carry out more than ten theoretical and on-site simulation operations within the team, promoting all female employees of the team to master the basic skills of operating, inspecting, and troubleshooting the new equipment in advance to ensure equipment safety.
The team has a strong learning atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing". After work, whenever they have time, they hold books and secretly compete. They actively participate in the professional knowledge answering of the China Yituo Online Training Platform, with a participation rate of 100%. In the technical competition for gas cryogenic separation posts held by China Yituo Group and its energy branch, the female employees of the team even ranked among the top three for three consecutive years.
