Precautions for daily spot inspection of Tractor

The service life of the tractor depends on good maintenance and correct driving methods.
Carry out daily routine inspection and maintenance according to the following requirements and form the habit of daily routine inspection. It can reduce the failure rate of the tractor and prolong the service life of the machine.

1. Before each use, please spot check and confirm the tractor's oil, coolant, front axle oil, transmission oil and other levels;

2. Before each use, please check the appearance of the tractor to ensure that the whole vehicle is free of oil and water seepage;

3. Before each use, please spot check the oil-water separator in the oil circuit, the main filter element of the air filter element, the hood protective net, the radiator dust net, etc., and clean it in time;

4. Before each use, please check each pipeline to ensure that it is in good condition without leakage; Please replace the rubber pipeline regularly;

5. Before each use, please confirm the clearance of clutch pedal and brake pedal;

6. Before each use, please confirm the bolts and nuts of each part to ensure that they are fastened without looseness;

7. After each operation, the dirt, grass and other foreign matters at the front and rear axles shall be cleaned in time to prevent early damage to the oil seal.

Note: if the grass, soil and other foreign matters at the axle oil seal are not cleaned in time, the oil seal will be damaged early, resulting in oil leakage and oil leakage. Removing the attached soil before it dries can prevent early damage to the oil seal.
8. After each operation, the 3P oil cylinder shall be cleaned to prevent the dry mud on the piston rod from scratching the dust ring when it expands and contracts with the piston rod, so as to prevent the early damage of the oil cylinder dust ring.

Note: avoid directly washing the seals of the telescopic part of the piston rod with a high-pressure car washer, and keep a distance of more than 1.5m. Removing the attached soil before it dries can reduce the incidence of failure.
9. Regularly add grease to the grease fittings and connecting rod moving parts of the whole vehicle to ensure smooth movement of all parts.
