The integrated project of construction, management, and operation of 100000 mu of basic farmland in Dongfanghong Hongsu District was jointly developed by China Yituo United Nations Hainan and Xingning City.

This project integrates "planning and design, construction and construction, full process trusteeship, grain storage, production and sales, financing loans, and agricultural insurance", involving the entire chain system of agricultural production before, during, and after production. With high standard farmland construction and agricultural production trusteeship services as the core, it promotes multi-dimensional industrial integration, solves rural hollowing, serious abandonment, small hilly and mountainous fields, and difficulties in farmland water conservancy construction Difficulties such as low mechanization level and farmland reclamation. At the same time, it also plays a positive role in accelerating the research and development, transformation, promotion, and application of agricultural machinery equipment in hilly and mountainous areas of China.

The first phase of the project will be carried out in two batches
The first batch of 3000 acres under construction this time involves nearly 2000 households in 4 villages, and it is expected to start planting in March 2024.
The second batch of 10000 acres of arable land transfer and high standard transformation is also being orderly promoted, which will further increase the scope of "large fields".
After the project is completed and put into operation

It is expected to generate over 70 million yuan in economic benefits per 10000 mu per year, significantly improving the local economic efficiency; At the same time, it will bring a fixed income of at least 300-500 yuan per acre to local farmers, provide more employment opportunities, attract local employment, and greatly increase the income of local farmers, driving local economic development.
