Installation essentials of tractor implement transmission shaft!

Judging the installation direction of the connecting shaft section, the lemon tube is directly installed without confirming the transmission shaft, and the angle tube transmission shaft is installed after confirming the port direction

The following takes the square tube drive shaft as an example to illustrate its installation requirements:
1. Confirm phase fit
→ as shown in the figure below, the phase matching error is likely to cause vibration and distortion, damage the shaft, and then increase the tractor load, resulting in failure.

2. Confirm the insertion and insertion amount of the shaft
→ for insertion, please ensure that there is a gap of more than 20mm in the shortest state during the lifting and lowering of the operating machine.
Improper insertion may cause the shaft to touch the PTO cover plate and rupture the housing.
→ take the square bar shaft as an example, set the insertion amount according to the following figure.
Insufficient insertion may cause early damage to the drive shaft.
