China YTO won the first prize of 2022 Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award
Recently, the China Federation of Machinery Industry and the China Society of Mechanical Engineering jointly issued the Notice on Commending the Award Project of 2022 "Science and Technology Award of Machinery Industry". The project of "Key Common Test Technology and Standard System of Tractor Power System", in which China First Tractor Luoyang Tractor Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Xiyuan Company are the main participants, won the first prize of the 2022 Science and Technology Award for Machinery Industry.
The project proposed a method of obtaining test data of multi-source perception and deep mining for key parameters of the tractor power system, overcame the key test technology of dynamic loading of the tractor power system, created a high-precision test platform and equipment for the multi energy tractor power system and the whole machine, and created a standard system for the core components of the tractor power system and the whole machine test series. The results of the project have significantly improved the test technology level of domestic tractors and the competitiveness of the products in the international market, which is of great significance for promoting technological progress in the industry and ensuring national agricultural production and industrial safety.
The Science and Technology Award of the Machinery Industry is an important award approved by the state in the domestic machinery industry. The first prize is strictly reviewed by more than 30 academicians and well-known experts from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the machinery industry.
The State Key Laboratory of Tractor Power System, supported by YTO, is the national innovation platform with the highest specification and the most authoritative academic level for the power system of domestic agricultural machinery equipment. The project of "Key Common Test Technology and Standard System of Tractor Power System" was jointly completed with Henan University of Science and Technology, a co construction unit in the laboratory, through long-term cooperation, The laboratory has consolidated its leading position in the research field of key technologies of agricultural machinery power system in China, providing strong support for tackling key problems in this field and solving common problems in the industry in the future.
