China YTO Multifunctional Armrest Successfully Developed

Recently, China YTO's independently developed multifunctional armrest has completed more than a month of performance and reliability verification in Heilongjiang, and all indicators meet the requirements, breaking the monopoly of foreign products in this field.

The multifunctional armrest, as a standard component of high-end intelligent tractors, has long been monopolized by foreign products.

The so-called multifunctional armrest refers to the highly centralized operation of the tractor's operating buttons, which are sent to the tractor's engine controller (ECU), transmission system controller (TCU), vehicle controller (VCU), and SRC through a bus. It integrates more than four or ten switch signals and more than ten analog signals, saving hardware resources for various controllers of the tractor and improving the stability of the buttons, It can greatly improve the comfort of tractor driving.

China Yituo benchmarking foreign products, from scheme design to functional definition, from button layout to knob setting, from easy operation to anti touch handling, from installation simplicity to material durability, has put high standards on various steps of multi-functional armrest development. We have successfully developed a sample of multi-functional armrest and tested it on the Dongfanghong LF2204E intelligent power shift tractor.
Subsequently, the R&D personnel of the project team came to Heilongjiang Province to verify the spring plowing field operation of the developed multifunctional armrest.

In May, in Heilongjiang, agricultural machinery drivers were driving the Dongfanghong LF2204E intelligent power shift tractor to carry out spring plowing operations in the vast farmland.

The Dongfanghong LF2204E intelligent power shift gallops on this fertile black land, sometimes lifting agricultural tools, sometimes dropping agricultural tools, sometimes shifting, sometimes turning around, sometimes operating the multi way valve, sometimes operating the PTO, sometimes reversing... In more than a month and more than 200 hours of comprehensive operation, the multi-functional armrest has withstood the test, and all functions are working normally. At the same time, R&D personnel actively listened to the suggestions of experienced operators and continuously optimized the multifunctional armrest.
The successful development of multifunctional handrails has achieved the localization of multifunctional handrails for Dongfanghong tractors, which can effectively reduce product costs and is of great significance for the promotion, application, and quality improvement of high-end intelligent tractors for Dongfanghong.
