1. Clean the inside and outside of the harvester thoroughly and cleanly. The straws and sundries inside should be cleaned to prevent the parts from rusting after absorbing moisture, and the belt and wires from being bitten by rats.
2. According to the requirements of the instruction manual, conduct a comprehensive and thorough inspection on the working and lubricating conditions of all bearings and moving parts that are usually lubricated with oil and grease. The defective parts should be readjusted or replaced, and the lubricating oil should be added according to the requirements of the instruction manual.
3. Check the use degree and working status of all pulleys, chain wheels, tension pulleys, belts, conveyor belts and chains. Those that cannot be used shall be replaced. Those that are inconvenient to be replaced temporarily shall be registered for future replacement. The chain should be oiled and lubricated before assembly.
